Orders and Shipping
Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location and shipping method, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
You can create an account by clicking “Sign Up” or “Create Account” at the top of our website. Simply enter your email address, create a password, and follow the prompts. Creating an account allows you to track orders faster and manage your information easily.
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your CIOKEA account to view your order status at any time.
No. CIOKEA does not store your credit card information. All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers using encrypted technology.
Sales tax is applied where required by law and will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
We currently ship to select countries. Available shipping destinations will be shown during checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
Depending on the size and type of products ordered, items may ship in multiple packages and arrive separately. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unassembled items in original packaging. For full details, please review our Refund and Returns Policy page or contact us at [email protected].
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the damage, and packaging. We will provide a replacement or appropriate solution.
Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

At this time, we do not offer pre-orders for sold-out items. Please sign up for product notifications or check back regularly for restocks.
